2. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We sell to consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland). We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

3. Products

We sell home automation and environmental monitoring products. Product specifications are as described on the respective product page. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our products are designed for home automation and environmental monitoring purposes only. They are not designed, certified, or intended for use in health, safety, or life-critical applications. We expressly disclaim any liability for use of our products in such applications, or for any decisions or actions taken based on their readings.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

6. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include Dutch VAT (21%). At checkout, VAT will be charged at the rate applicable in your country of delivery. Shipping costs are shown separately. The final price including VAT and shipping will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all EU countries and the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

8. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. For full details, see our Returns & Warranty page.

9. Warranty

All products are covered by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. For full details, see our Returns & Warranty page.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

  • We are fully liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under mandatory statutory product liability law.
  • For damages caused by ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
  • These limitations do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

12. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings and do not currently commit to doing so.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. For consumers, this does not affect the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in effect at the time of purchase. We recommend reviewing these terms before each purchase.
