Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. We ship to all countries within the European Union, to the United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland), and to Switzerland.

Within the UK, we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey) or the Isle of Man.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and selected carrier. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your order.

Orders of €300 or more qualify for free shipping. This price includes VAT which is calculated at checkout; see section 4.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Netherlands: 1 - 3 business days
  • EU (other): 3 - 7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5 - 10 business days
  • Switzerland: 5 - 10 business days

Orders are typically processed and handed to the courier within 2 - 5 days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

4. VAT & Customs

VAT is charged at the rate applicable in your country of delivery. No customs duties apply to orders shipped within the European Union (including Northern Ireland). For orders shipped to Great Britain, customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders to Switzerland are shipped as international deliveries. Swiss import VAT (8.1%) and a small customs handling fee may be collected by the delivery service on arrival.

5. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay customs charges, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
