To reduce the logistical complexity in these early stages, it is only possible to order to the EU or the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). We do intend to open up to more countries in the future.

All orders are hand-manufactured by me, Elvin, in the Netherlands. The internal electronics are designed here and come from China.
Orders are shipped out within 2-5 days of ordering, and the time of arrival to your door is dependent on too many factors to give an accurate estimate here.
We offer a 30-day return policy for all smart home products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and proof of purchase must be provided. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. We honor standard EU warranty laws for manufacturer defects.
